Returns
You may return an item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it meets the following conditions:
•The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
•The product is in resellable condition
•You provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any perfume bottles that have been opened or used.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at amlinmusk@gmail.com with:
•Your full name
•Order number
•Reason for return
•Photos (if item arrived damaged)
We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.
Return Shipping
• You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, faulty, or incorrect upon arrival.
•We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.
•If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
•Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including any shipping fees.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
